Being electrically quieter, as the device turns ON/OFF at zero volts, it doesn’t create RFI interference so line distortion is eliminated. Add finer control and extended heater element life due to shorter cycle times and you benefit with increased process stability and decreased heater thermal shock.

For simple on/off type firing with a DC logic input or a time proportioned burst firing with a DC linear input, try REVO-S (RS2). If you’re looking for added functionality such as front panel display & keypad or RS485 comms, then have a look at REVEX (RX2). For added functionality such as WIFI, data logging or energy totalising, select the REVO-C (RC3) SCR thyristor power controller.

Three Phase Thyristor (SCR) Power Controllers and Solid State Relays

A range of thyristor power controllers to switch 3 legs of three phase loads. Ideally suited to 3 phase configuration with neutral connection (3 or 4 wire), normal resistive (REVO-S) or variable resistive loads and transformer load types (REVO-C).

For simple on/off type firing with a DC logic input or a time proportioned burst firing with a DC linear input, try REVO-S (RS3). If you’re looking for added functionality such as front panel display & keypad or RS485 comms, then have a look at REVEX (RX3). For more complex loads, that may need phase angle firing, delayed triggering, or functionality such as current limit, WIFI, data logging or energy totalising, select the REVO-C (RC3) SCR thyristors.
